We’re thrilled to be returning to Raja Ampat for a 7-night freediving adventure through Central and North Raja Ampat! A trip to this breathtaking destination is always special—a perfect opportunity to unplug and reconnect with nature in one of the most pristine and biodiverse regions on the planet.
Our journey begins in Sorong, where we’ll board the traditional wooden liveaboard Queenesia 2, our comfortable and secure home for the next 7 nights. Traveling by liveaboard allows us to reach remote locations, offering unparalleled access to the wonders of Raja Ampat’s underwater world.
Raja Ampat, or “The Four Kings,” is a protected National Park and a freediver’s paradise. Its vibrant marine ecosystem features colorful walls, diverse fish species, rich coral gardens, and an abundance of marine life. Expect unforgettable freediving experiences, including swim-throughs, coral gardens, caves, drop-offs, manta points, and iconic jetties.
Starting in Sorong, our journey begins with an exploration of the Dampier Strait, renowned for its proximity to some of the most extraordinary dive sites in the world. After spending a day or two discovering its wonders, we’ll head north past Kawe to reach the iconic Wayag. Famous for its pristine lagoon ecosystem and breathtaking viewpoints, Wayag is a true paradise where you can fully immerse yourself in nature.
Here, guests will have the chance to paddleboard through tranquil waterways, uncover hidden beaches, and soak in the serenity of this untouched haven. Whether freediving, snorkeling, or simply marveling at the stunning surroundings, this experience promises an unforgettable connection with the natural world.
After bidding farewell to Wayag, we’ll journey south, carefully selecting the finest dive sites and anchorages along the way. Raja Ampat offers an incredible variety of dive locations, and we’re confident you’ll fall in love with its vibrant reefs. In addition to reef diving, we’ll also carve out time for line diving and a magical night freedive, where you can witness the mesmerizing bioluminescence that often lights up the water here.
This adventure welcomes freedivers and snorkelers of all levels. Even if you’ve never tried freediving before, as long as you can swim, we’ll guide you through an introductory session to help you make the most of your experience. However, if time allows, we recommend taking a beginner freediving course before joining to enhance your skills and enjoyment.
If a typical dive charter feels uninspiring, why not combine freediving with pilates, yoga, meditation, and breathwork? Perfect for all levels, this experience offers more than just exploration—it’s a journey for both body and mind. Ready to dive in?

We have many hidden gems away from the main dive sites and we are willing to go that extra mile to make your trip extra special.
If you’re an individual joining a scheduled charter you can trust that we are very comfortable managing group dynamics, our charters always flow nicely as we tailor each trip to suit the needs of our guests. We aspire to create a relaxed friendly vibe onboard where everyone feels safe, supported and are having fun.
In the water you’re well covered, our charters always have very experienced instructors to facilitate the freediving and all water sessions are supported by two speedboats that keep an eye on you and the conditions so all you have to do is enjoy being in the water.
Whilst freediving and snorkelling are obviously a big focus of the trip, we’ll also be facilitating a range of other experiences. Onboard we’ll be hosting regular workshops in movement , meditation, breathwork and, if you’re really lucky, maybe even belly dancing! ; )
Other activities may include, sunset treks, paddle boarding, scuba, sailing, skurfing, subwing, lagoon tours, or perhaps a visit to a local village or beautiful waterfall.
